At 2:45 a.m. on July 20th, LCFC and numerous other mutual aid agencies were dispatched to assist Twin Valley Fire Department on a building fire at French Creek Golf Club in East Nantmeal Township. Twin Valley was originally dispatched for an automatic fire alarm at this location and their personnel encountered smoke coming from the eaves of the building upon arrival, prompting the upgrade to the commercial building fire assignment.

Engine 73-5 and Engine 73-1 each made the response and arrived as the 3rd and 4th due engines, respectively. Upon arrival, the crews from LCFC assisted with the crews from Twin Valley with ventilation and checked to make sure that the fire had not extended into the ceiling.

The fire was quickly placed under control and the crews from LCFC cleared a short time later. LCFC operated on-scene for approximately 40 minutes at this incident.
