At 7:13 a.m. on March 29, LCFC and mutual aid companies (East Brandywine, East Whiteland, Glen Moore, Lionville, Twin Valley, and Uwchlan Ambulance) were dispatched to the unit block of Rabbit Run Lane for a reported house fire. The initial report from the caller was a fire in an attached garage.

While Deputy 73, Engine 73-1, and various mutual aid units were responding, Upper Uwchlan PD arrived on scene and reported there was a mulch fire right outside the garage that was now out and there was not any extension into the residence. With this information, Deputy 73 held the response to the units from LCFC. Engine 73-1 arrived on scene and found landscape lighting that had been fully covered in mulch and subsequently burned up. Power to the lighting was secured and crews cleared the scene a short time later.
