On Thursday March 11th around 12:15pm the company was dispatched to the 300 block of Blackhorse road in West Vincent for a brush fire. Reports from the 911 center indicated a controlled burn that was now spreading to the adjacent field. Battalion 73 made the response and arrived a short time later reporting a 200'x300' area burning with exposures to multiple dwellings with this Battalion 73 added the next due brush piece which brought brush 48(Glenmoore). Assistant 73 and Brush 73 arrived and immediately started fire attack. shortly after Engine 73-1, Traffic 73 and Brush 48 arrived and assisted crews with mop up. 73 and 48 units cleared after one hour.
