GRIFFITH HALL 2017 RENTAL RATES
$750.00 for (4) four hours.....time begins when guests arrive...300 guests
$850.00 for (4) four hours......time begins when guests arrive...300 guests
$650.00 for (4) four hours.....time begins when guests arrive...300 guests
$1,000 Damage Deposit required if no caterer is being used.
$500.00 Damage deposit required for all rentals. This is refunded after the function if there is no damage.
$250.00 Deposit to confirm and hold your date. This is non-refundable and will be applied to your rental charge.
$30.00 Rental fee for one beer meister, or $50.00 Rental fee for two beer meisters.
$100.00 Per hour overtime charge.
When renting the hall they will need to bring a copy of their drivers license and a copy of a credit card.
You must use one of our three approved caterers for the facility. Any one of these three caterers will show the room and have food packages available. They are as follows.

- We do not have a liquor license therefore, you may supply your own. This will be a substantial savings to you. If you want keg beer you must rent our beer meisters, one for $30.00 or two for $50.00, or you may go with bottled or canned beer.
- The balance of your rental and damage deposit is due 30 days prior to your function.
- For set up and decorating, you may have access to Griffith Hall anytime after 8:00 AM on the day of your function.
- The dance floor is a 30'x90' 2700 hundred square foot hardwood dance floor.
